JMich: Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business (also known as JA 2.5 and JA2:UB) is a more combat focused game, with more or less sector fight after sector fight, taking place in a different setting than Jagged Alliance 2 (aka JA2).

I think if you point them directly to where the game is installed it should work, haven't tried myself though. Unfinished Business (JA 2UB) wurde von Sir-Tech als eigenes Spiel verkauft, ist aber mehr eine Erweiterung von Jagged Alliance 2.

Then you can download the newest version (which is 7435) and the 7435 to 7609 patch which I have assumed you've done already. First I completely removed the game and deleted the game folder (to make sure all the mods were gone) then reinstalled JA2 through Steam (you might not have to do this if you have a clean install). I had 1.13 installed before but it was an old version.
